Yet another miserable airline story. Orignating flight was delayed leaving so I missed my connecting fligh by about 5 minutes. Got put replacement flight with an almost 3 over layover. First class was sold out so I lost my first calss seat. Got put in the middle of row 10 which of course does not reclines since it is in front of the exit row. The final insult: they lose my luggage.
I called last night to try and get a refund on my first class demotion, had to dial 3 different numbers only to get a message that they are closed.
It is no wonder the majors are getting their asses handed to them by the new startups. The new microjet/air taxi airlines may be the final nail in the coffin of these dinasours
