The UF student who got tasered yesterday at the Kerry speach deserved it. He was unruley and out of control. The campus police were justified in my opinion.

the situation could have been handled without all the upheaval, no reason to tase him just should have escorted him out of the venue.

I've heard several different stories as to how everything led up to him being pulled away and then tasered. I don't think it was right and I believe they saw a chance to use their taser and took advantage of it thinking no one would care. 5v1 means taser is excessive force!I also was a little PO'd that (not only Kerry) but most politicians never step up to the plate when asked challenging questions. They either laugh it off and change the subject or look to have someone escorted away.I would still like to know what his responses to those questions would have been...
