Karl Rove, the architect of President George W. Bush's two successful presidential campaigns, is quitting his White House job with little likelihood that his plans for a transformational presidency will be fulfilled.
In a parting shot, the outgoing White House deputy chief of staff Karl Rove described Hillary Clinton as a "fatally flawed" candidate. Asked yesterday on NBC's "Today" show to respond, the New York senator shot back, "Well, aren't we glad to see him go?"
